The product is provided under its own agreement

Any business can subscribe to Buckhorn AI at /signup. Using it inside a business is governed by the agreements between Buckhorn and that business, which anyone can read before subscribing:

• the Subscription Agreement, signed by both sides before anything is charged, with its AI Use Disclosure and Acknowledgment;
• the Data Use and Improvement Addendum, a condition of using the product, accepted in the app by a company admin or signed.

Where those agreements and this page differ, the agreements win.

What Buckhorn AI is, and is not

Buckhorn AI is a software service. It does not provide audit, review, compilation, attest, tax or legal services, and its answers are not professional opinions.

Answers are generated by AI from the data your business connects, and they can be wrong. The product checks figures against the source data before showing them, but that check can still miss things. You remain responsible for decisions made with it; review important figures before acting.

Nothing is written to a connected system or sent on your behalf until someone with authority approves it on an approval card, unless you ask us to turn approval off for a particular system.

The demos on this site

Kestrel Tire & Wheel, its shops, vendors, customers and figures are fictional. They exist to show how the product works. Any resemblance to a real business is coincidence.

Using this website

• Do not try to get into a workspace you were not invited to, or to disrupt the site.
• Do not use the “Book a call” form to send anything other than a genuine request.
• The website’s text, design and the Buckhorn name and mark belong to Buckhorn. Other product names, such as Tire Guru, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Microsoft 365, Shopify, SOS Inventory and Google Workspace, belong to their owners and are mentioned only to say what Buckhorn AI connects to. No partnership is implied.

The website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Buckhorn is not liable for losses from relying on the public website alone.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
