Built connections · Tied together · Managed for you
Not a generic connector. AI built on your systems.
The AI connectors that come with other tools are written by the software vendors, for everyone, and reach only part of your data. We build the connections for your systems — even ones that have none — tie them together so one question spans all of them, and manage them with you.
Your back office, across every system you run: books, inventory, payables, receivables, payroll and email. Use it with your team, or have Buckhorn run it for you.

What makes it different
Do far more with the systems you already have
Most AI tools give you a chat box and a handful of generic connectors. This is built the other way round: starting from your systems and the questions your business actually asks.
Connections built for your systems
Off the shelf
Generic connectors written by the software vendors for every customer at once. They reach a slice of your data, and a system without one is left out.
With Buckhorn
We build each connection for your systems, down to the detail your questions need. If a system has no connection, we build one: if it has an API, we can connect it.
Everything tied together
Off the shelf
Each tool sees its own data. Your books don’t know what’s in your inbox, and your inventory doesn’t know either.
With Buckhorn
One question crosses every system. In the demo, “Which vendors do we owe, and did any of them email us about it?” is answered from the books and the inbox together.
Managed, not just installed
Off the shelf
Software you are handed and left to run. When a connection breaks or two systems disagree, it’s on you to notice.
With Buckhorn
A managed service. We set it up, monitor your connections, reconcile what doesn’t tie out, flag it, and fix it with you as your systems change.
Three ways to work with Buckhorn
Use it yourself, have us run it, or both
Buckhorn AI is the software. Buckhorn’s advisors use the same AI on clients’ systems every week. Take whichever fits how your business runs.
Buckhorn AI
Your team uses it
We build the connections to your systems and set up your workspace. Your people ask across the whole business from a desk or a phone, and approve anything before it changes.
- Connections built for your systems
- Your own workspace and sign-in
- Approval before anything is written or sent
- Managed with you as your systems change
Buckhorn AI + Advisory
Both, together
Your team asks Buckhorn AI day to day, and Buckhorn’s advisors work alongside them on the numbers every week — in the same workspace, on the same systems.
- Your people and ours, working from the same answers
- Questions answered day to day, advice every week
- One team to call when something doesn’t tie out
Buckhorn Advisory
We run it for you
Buckhorn’s advisors work on your systems with Buckhorn AI every week — books, payables, receivables, cashflow and reporting. You get the work done and the answers, with nothing new to learn and no login to manage.
- CFO advisory and business management
- QuickBooks and bookkeeping support
- Weekly cashflow updates and reporting
- Your systems watched, reconciled and flagged
Built for your systems. Managed with you.

The jobs that eat the week, done by asking
Examples from our demo of Kestrel Tire & Wheel, a fictional business. The figures are the demo’s; your results depend on your systems and data.
A vendor statement, reconciled
The old way
Tick a supplier’s statement against your books, one line at a time.
With Buckhorn AI
Ask once. It explains why the statement is $9,264.50 more than your books show: a bill you already paid, a price that doesn’t match, a line billed twice, a bill you never entered and a credit you never recorded.
Dead stock, across every location
The old way
Run a report for each shop, then build a spreadsheet to put them together.
With Buckhorn AI
Ask once for all three shops. It found 14 HaulDuty tires that haven’t sold since April 2025, with $4,046.00 of cash tied up in them.
A customer email, answered from live stock
The old way
Walk to the shelf, look up the price, type the reply.
With Buckhorn AI
It checks live stock and drafts the reply: 4 tires on hand at $136.99 each. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
A supplier quote, checked
The old way
Compare every price on the quote with what you paid last time.
With Buckhorn AI
It compares every line with your last cost and flags each price that went up, the biggest by $12.50 a tire, before you place the order.
What does pulling reports by hand cost you?
Illustrative — your inputs, not a promise of results
What that time costs you a year
$14,040
6 hours × $45 × 52 weeks
This prices the time, nothing more. How much of it Buckhorn AI could give back depends on your systems and the questions you ask — we will look at that with you on the call.

Connected, your own, and under your control
We build your connections
Inventory, point of sale, books, CRM, email. We build each connection for your systems and the questions you ask. No new system to feed and no spreadsheet to export first.
You ask across all of them
Your own workspace at your own address, in your name, with your people and only your data. One question can reach every system at once, from a desk or a phone.
We manage it with you
We monitor the connections, reconcile what doesn’t tie out between systems, flag it, and fix it with you. Nothing is written or sent without an approval card in front of you.
Definition: dead is on hand with no sale in 365 days.
| Item | Shop | On hand | Last sold | At cost |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ironleaf HaulDuty 295/75R22.5 | Juniper Flats | 14 | 4/11/2025 | $4,046.00 |
Not counted as stock: Greyhallow TrekLine 195/65R15 shows -3 on hand at Juniper Flats. That is a count to fix, not inventory.

Twelve questions from the demo
Each one is asked live through the real product against Kestrel Tire & Wheel, a fictional three-shop business with its own books, inventory and inbox. This is what you ask — and what comes back.
- FileQuickBooks
Reconcile a vendor statement (PDF)
You ask
“Reconcile this statement against our books.”with Cinderline-Statement-2026-09.pdf attached
You get
Cinderline’s $27,297.50 statement against $18,033.00 open in QuickBooks, with the $9,264.50 gap explained line by line: a bill already paid by check 10442, a $180.00 price mismatch, a line listed twice, a bill not in the books and an unrecorded $360.00 credit memo. A “318-” prefixed invoice is still recognised as a match.
- FileQuickBooks
Reconcile the same statement (Excel)
You ask
“Reconcile this statement against our books.”with Cinderline-Statement-2026-09.xlsx attached
You get
The same statement as a spreadsheet, and the same five differences. The format the vendor sends does not change the answer.
- QuickBooksOutlook
Who do we owe, and did they email us?
You ask
“Which vendors do we owe money to right now, how much is past due, and did any of them email us about it?”
You get
Who is owed what and how much is past due (Corvane Distribution: $21,795.60 past due), next to Corvane’s email warning of a credit hold after 10/24, so the bill and the conversation about it are in one place.
- Tire Guru
A reorder the order check catches
You ask
“Build the winter suggested order for Nordvale WinterGrip 225/65R17 (NV-WG-2256517) at all three shops. Owen at Tallis says Juniper Flats needs 24 - put 24 in the suggested order for Juniper Flats.”
You get
A suggested order per shop from sales history and on-hand stock. When a supplier rep says Juniper Flats needs 24 and the shop already holds 18 against a need of about 4, the suggestion stays at 0 and the 24 is reported as his opinion, not as the order.

Built so a wrong number does not reach you unchecked
Read-only by default
Connections are used to read. Looking something up never changes it.
Approval before any write
A purchase order, a bill or an email shows up as a draft on an approval card first. Decline it and nothing happens.
Each business kept apart
Every business has a separate workspace. The address decides which business you are in and your sign-in decides who you are; if they do not agree, you get no access.
Figures checked against the source
Before an answer is shown, its figures are checked against the data they were read from. A number that does not trace back is corrected or flagged.
Files read back before they are sent
When it builds a spreadsheet or PDF, it opens the finished file and checks it against the answer before handing it over.
AI, and you decide
Answers are generated by AI from your connected data and can be wrong. Review important figures before acting — you stay in charge of the decisions.
Who builds it
Built and run by Buckhorn AI LLC
Buckhorn AI LLC builds and runs Buckhorn AI: software that puts AI to work inside owner-operated businesses — on their own systems, answering their own questions. It grew out of Buckhorn CFO Advisory Services, which works with those businesses on their numbers every month.
We connect your systems, set up your workspace, and keep watching how it answers. When it gets something wrong, your people tell us from any screen, and we fix the cause.
Rather have it run for you? Buckhorn’s advisors work on clients’ systems with Buckhorn AI every week — books, payables, cashflow and reporting — and the client never needs a login. See Buckhorn Advisory →

Questions people ask first
Do we have to use it ourselves?
No. Some clients have their own people use Buckhorn AI, some have Buckhorn’s advisors use it for them and never sign in, and some do both. We will help you pick on the call.
Can you connect our system?
If it has an API, we can build the connection. We already connect Tire Guru, QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Microsoft 365, Shopify, SOS Inventory and Google Workspace. Tell us what you run on the call and we will tell you straight how we would connect it.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the systems. One we already connect is the quickest; a new connection takes longer. We set up the connections and the workspace — your people just sign in and ask. You will get a plain estimate on the call.
Can it change anything or send email on its own?
No. It reads by default. Anything that would write to a system or send a message is drafted and shown on an approval card, and nothing happens until someone with authority approves it, unless you ask us to turn approval off for a particular system.
Who can see our data?
The people in your business you invite, and the Buckhorn staff who support your account. Each business has its own workspace; one never sees another’s. The privacy page lists who processes data for us.
How is this different from the AI connectors other tools come with?
Those connectors are written by the software vendors to suit everyone, and they reach only part of your data. We build connections for your systems with the detail your questions need, build one where none exists, tie them together so one question spans all of them, and manage them with you. Answers come from your systems, with figures checked against the source before you see them. AI can still be wrong, so review important figures before acting.
What does “managed” mean?
We set up your connections and keep watching them. When figures don’t tie out between your systems, we reconcile them, flag what we find and fix it with you. You stay in charge of your data and your decisions.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many locations and people will use it. We will lay it out plainly on the call.
On Buckhorn AI
“Holy cow.” A customer, in his own words.
He came in and said, ‘What do you wanna know about your business?’ … He typed it in this AI, and boom, we got the answer. I was like, ‘Holy cow.’”
AI doesn’t get its hair done. It doesn’t get its nails done. It’ll work all night if you want it to, and it doesn’t charge you any more.”
