Email austinv@buckthetrend.co with your question or the problem you ran into. This covers signing in, a wrong or missing answer, a report or file that did not come through, and anything in the apps that does not work as you expect.

What to include

• The email address you sign in with, and your business’s name.
• What you asked or did, and what happened instead.
• Whether you were on the website, the phone app or the desktop app.
• A screenshot, if you have one.

Please do not send passwords or sign-in codes. We will never ask for them.

Delete your account or data

To have your account, or your business’s data, deleted or exported, email austinv@buckthetrend.co from the address you sign in with. A person will confirm the request with you before anything is removed. How we handle data is set out in our privacy policy.
